Kalshi keys fees on the series above the market; this resolves that for you. Kalshi's fee per contract is multiplier × p × (1 − p); Polymarket's is rate × p × (1 − p) on markets with fees switched on.

Path parameters

`venue`	`string`	Venue id: `kalshi`, `polymarket` or `polymarket_us`.
`market_id`	`string`	A Synpath id (`kalshi:KXFOO-25`, `polymarket:2252244`) or this venue's own id. Another venue's id is refused.
